1. Order Acceptance & Payment

Order Placement

When you place an order through American Mortuary Coolers & Equipment, you are making an offer to purchase mortuary coolers and equipment subject to these Terms & Conditions. American Mortuary Coolers & Equipment reserves the right to accept or reject any order at our sole discretion.

Payment Terms

All orders must be paid in full before your mortuary equipment is dispatched. We accept major credit cards, wire transfers, and authorized payment methods. Payment must be received and cleared before processing your order.

Payment Processing: Your order will not begin processing until payment has been received and fully cleared through our payment systems.

2. Product Lead Times & Availability

Lead Times Are Estimated Only

All lead times quoted are ESTIMATED ONLY unless you have received a written lead time commitment with expedited handling authorization from American Mortuary Coolers & Equipment. Lead times may vary and can extend beyond initial estimates due to manufacturing delays, supply chain issues, or product availability.

⚠️ Verify Lead Times Before Ordering

It is your responsibility to verify exact product availability and lead times PRIOR to placing an order. Email leadtime@mymortuarycooler.com with your specific product request and desired delivery date before committing to purchase.

Written Lead Time Guarantees

The only lead time guarantees that bind American Mortuary Coolers & Equipment are those provided exclusively in writing and signed by an authorized company representative. Verbal promises, email estimates, or phone quotes do not constitute binding lead time commitments.

Expedited Handling

Expedited handling charges may apply to rush orders. Expedited lead times must be confirmed in writing with payment of any applicable expedited fees before your order will receive priority processing.

3. Shipping & Delivery Terms
