Published reference-chassis specifications

The selected reference chassis specifies a 1,000 lb base capacity, 76-inch maximum lift height, 92-inch overall height and 30 × 3-inch forks. Fork spacing is listed as 6–25 inches. Listed overall dimensions are 25½ inches wide × 44½ inches deep × 92 inches high, but the base legs are 32 inches outside to outside with a 25½-inch inside span. Use the complete 32-inch deployed base span, not the narrower overall-width entry, for initial clearance planning.

Battery lifting and wheel arrangement

The reference chassis includes battery and charger, two 5-inch front wheels and two 4-inch swivel casters. Battery voltage, battery capacity and load center are not established by the selected reference page and are not invented here. Confirm electrical supply, charger, battery, floor requirements and the accepted unit documentation in the quotation.
