The 10′ × 10′ walk-in mortuary cooler is a 100 sq ft insulated box built from 4″ foamed-in-place urethane panels that lock together with cam-action fasteners. Choose the door location, hinge side, floor, ramp and lighting in the configurator above, and the full build goes to your cart as one order.

- Door hinge: right-hand or left-hand swing, at no charge

Refrigeration included
The base price includes a standard two-piece refrigeration system sized for this box, so you are not shopping for a condensing unit and evaporator separately. If the condensing unit will sit somewhere hot, choose a higher-ambient upgrade in the configurator above:
- Level 1, rated for 80°F ambient: +$1,930.36
- Level 2, rated for 90°F ambient: +$2,316.43
- Level 3, rated for 100°F ambient: +$2,573.81
- Level 4, rated for 110°F ambient: +$2,959.89
Site requirements
- A level, solid floor for floorless installation
- At least 2″ of clearance around the box
- A 110V outlet for the door heater
- A 115V lighting circuit if you add the LED package

Your door location and hinge selections are confirmed with you before production. A standard two-piece refrigeration system is included in the price; higher-ambient upgrades are available in the configurator above.

Nominal size is a model designation, not usable interior space. Use the factory drawing for final fit, including the selected refrigeration equipment, door swing and service clearances. Unpublished measurements are not inferred from the model name.
Installation planning
Measure the receiving entrance and full route to the installation area. Check the finished slab, threshold, ceiling clearance and room for loading equipment to turn. Have qualified trades review the electrical supply, refrigeration installation and condensate handling for the selected equipment before installation.
Frequently asked questions
Is the model size the same as the interior size?
No. Nominal size identifies the model. The published exterior and usable interior dimensions are listed separately above when verified measurements are available. Allow additional room for the door swing, refrigeration equipment and service access shown on the final drawing.
Which choices must I complete before ordering?
Complete every field marked required in the configurator and review optional accessories separately. You can then add the complete configured build to your cart, or request an itemized AMC quote for procurement review.
Is an insulated floor included?
No. An insulated floor is optional and priced separately in every walk-in package. Review your slab and installation conditions before choosing a floor. Where a floor price is not published, obtain the confirmed item price before purchasing that option.
What does the ramp cost, and which door does it fit?
The optional external ramp is $595 and is 36 inches wide. It requires an insulated floor and the 36-inch standard door. It is a separate add-on; selecting a floor does not automatically add a ramp. No internal or 48-inch ramp is offered in this configuration.
What should I check before installation?
Check the delivery and assembly route, slab condition, thresholds, ceiling height and equipment turning space. Review power, condensate handling and service clearance with qualified trades using the selected refrigeration system’s requirements. Do not infer electrical ratings from nominal room size.
Does the displayed price include every accessory?
The configured price includes the base unit and each published-price option you select. Any preference identified as unpriced requires confirmation on an itemized AMC quote. Freight, tax and installation are shown or confirmed separately as applicable.
Do I need a freight quote?
Cooler freight uses built-in set pricing; no separate freight quote is required. Review final order charges and available delivery services before payment. Check site access and unloading arrangements against the shipping policy.
Which warranty and order terms apply?
Warranty coverage depends on the supplied equipment and applicable conditions. Review the warranty policy and returns and cancellations policy before ordering. Keep the equipment documentation for installation, operation and any warranty claim.

The 10x10 Walk-In Mortuary Cooler is a size-labeled walk-in refrigeration option for funeral homes, morgues and other facilities planning a refrigerated holding area. The nominal 10x10 size identifies the chamber format; the selected rack layout and equipment-access plan determine how that space is used.
Use the nominal 10x10 square plan to compare door locations without assuming a particular rack count. Centered and offset approaches can change the working route, so plan storage around the actual handling equipment.
