One allowance applies at the highest qualifying tier, up to $1,500. The equipment subtotal is after equipment discounts and excludes tax, freight, installation and PPE purchases.

Autopsy laboratory packages

Pair a qualifying USPE autopsy table with a qualifying sink or flush station. Left-, right- and center-configured station arrangements can qualify when identified in the equipment quote.

Mortuary and embalming packages

Pair a qualifying embalming table with an embalming sink or flush station. Left-, right- and center-configured stations are included in the station scope.

Standard embalming tables are excluded. This includes the Standard Hydraulic Embalming Table and the standard embalming table listing. A dressing table or standalone PPE purchase does not meet the equipment pairing.

An integrated sink on a table does not count as a second, separately quoted station. The package must identify both the eligible table and station; offer eligibility does not establish equipment or utility compatibility.

Choose practical startup PPE

Use the allowance toward eligible exam gloves, disposable embalming coats and jackets, and coveralls, with sizes and quantities agreed in the quote. Select PPE for the facility's hazard assessment; no single garment or glove is presented as suitable for every task.

PPE is also available for ordinary purchase at its published native price. USPE branding does not make gloves or garments quote-only; the equipment promotion is a separate allowance.

Offer terms

  • Qualifying orders must be placed with the offer accepted on a written quote by December 31, 2026, or before promotional PPE supply is exhausted.
  • The package must include an eligible table and an eligible sink/flush station. Standard embalming tables are excluded.
  • The highest eligible allowance is $500, $1,000 or $1,500 at the thresholds above. Tiers are not cumulative; no cash alternative applies.
  • PPE value uses current published selling prices. Selected eligible PPE up to the allowance is included at no additional charge; unused allowance is not a cash balance.
  • Agree the PPE selection, sizes and quantities on the equipment quote. Confirm equipment dispatch and PPE supply separately; no guaranteed delivery date is implied.
  • Tax, freight, installation and PPE above the allowance are separate. This is a quote-fulfilled promotion, not an automatic checkout discount or a change to ordinary PPE prices.
