How to Read Your Results

Low risk: routine occupancy is comfortably below 75% with a written surge plan. Moderate risk: occupancy is rising or surge planning is incomplete. Expansion recommended: you regularly approach capacity — add racks or units. Vault storage recommended: you need organized high-density capacity fast. Emergency planning recommended: you lack a deployable overflow plan. Most facilities land in more than one category, which is normal — the review prioritizes the gaps that matter most.
