ACCEPTANCE

This policy is part of and incorporated into the Terms of Purchase (TC-1.5). By accessing mymortuarycooler.com, you (“User”) agree to these terms.

§1 — OWNERSHIP OF IMAGES & CONTENT

All content on this website — including all images, product photography, photographs, illustrations, diagrams, videos, text, product descriptions, copy, graphics, page design, and their selection and arrangement — is the exclusive property of American Mortuary Coolers (or is used under license) and is protected under United States copyright and trademark law and the laws of the State of Tennessee. The names and marks American Mortuary Coolers, AMC, USPE, AME, TITAN, MOBI, FS1, HALO, MortuaryGlide™, and CoronerDirect™ are trademarks of American Mortuary Coolers. All rights are reserved.

§2 — NO UNAUTHORIZED USE

You may not copy, reproduce, download, republish, distribute, scrape, data-mine, frame, or use any image or other content from this website for any commercial purpose without AMC’s prior written permission. Competitors and third parties are specifically prohibited from copying or using AMC’s product images, photography, or product descriptions. Automated collection of site content (scraping, crawling for reuse, or bulk downloading) is prohibited. Removing or altering any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notice is prohibited.

§3 Limited, Revocable License

AMC grants Users a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to view this website for the purpose of evaluating and purchasing our products. You may print or download documents that we expressly make available for download (such as our policy PDFs) for your own internal records. No other license or right is granted, by implication or otherwise.

§4 Enforcement & Infringement Notices

AMC actively protects its intellectual property and may pursue injunctive relief, actual and statutory damages, and recovery of costs and attorneys’ fees against unauthorized use, to the fullest extent permitted by law. Governed by United States law and the laws of the State of Tennessee. Regardless of where the User is located, venue lies exclusively in Washington County, Tennessee — including the General Sessions Court of Washington County, Tennessee — as provided in Terms §6.
