Prices exclude sales tax
All prices displayed on this website exclude sales tax. Where we are registered and required to collect sales tax, the applicable tax is calculated and added at checkout based on the shipping destination.
Your responsibility in all 50 states
Where sales tax is not collected at checkout, you may still owe use tax to your state or local taxing authority. If you are required to pay sales or use tax on a purchase, it is your responsibility to report and remit it. By using this site and placing an order, you acknowledge and agree that responsibility for any sales tax, use tax, or similar transaction tax not collected by us rests with you. This applies in all 50 states, the District of Columbia, and U.S. territories.
Tax-exempt purchasers
Government agencies, counties, hospitals, universities, and other exempt organizations: submit a valid exemption or resale certificate before order placement via our contact page or with your RFQ. We cannot refund tax after an order is processed without a valid certificate on file.
International duties and taxes
Export orders are exclusive of all destination duties, tariffs, VAT/GST, brokerage, and import fees, which are the buyer's sole responsibility as importer of record. See our Export & International Sales Policy.
