Why the TR3 Is the Crossover Choice

Most upright models use slide-out racks — a body goes on a tray that slides into a tier. The TR3 has no racks and no tiers. The interior is a single open floorless bay at grade with the facility floor. A mortuary cot rolls in through the wide door exactly as it would into a walk-in room — and three cots fit side by side.

Three pre-order site checks ensure a smooth install on this large-format, top-mounted roll-in unit:

• Ceiling clearance ~95" — the 66" cabinet plus the ~30" top-mounted Heatcraft FS1 compressor totals about 95", plus overhead space for ventilation. This is the most common site-readiness item on top-mount units.
• Ambient at or below 80°F THI — the standard compressor is rated for conditioned rooms at or below 80°F (Temperature + Humidity Index). Garages, hot climates, and high-humidity spaces require the high-ambient compressor upgrade, selected before the unit ships.
• Condensate drain path — the unit includes a copper condensate drain stub. The customer connects it to a suitable drain line (floor drain, condensate pump, or equivalent) before operation; a licensed plumber or HVAC tech may be needed depending on your setup. • Level finished concrete floor — the floorless design sits at grade; the slab must be level and finished (optional insulated floor upgrade available).

Warranty is void if: the condensate drain is not connected per current energy-efficiency requirements, the unit is operated above the rated THI without an approved high-ambient upgrade, or the unit is not installed on a level finished concrete surface in a properly conditioned environment.
