What Is a CoolBot Compatible Walk-In Cooler Box?
A CoolBot system works by pairing a standard air conditioning unit with the CoolBot controller (made by Store It Cold, LLC) — the controller tricks the AC into cooling well below its normal minimum temperature, turning an AC unit into an effective walk-in cooler refrigeration system. The CoolBot controller requires a properly insulated box enclosure to work efficiently.
American Mortuary Coolers walk-in cooler boxes are high-performance insulated panel enclosures — all-metal, cam-lock modular construction, R-28.4 insulation, OSHA-certified door hardware. When paired with a CoolBot system and appropriate AC unit (sourced separately), these boxes create a functional walk-in cooler. Our boxes meet and exceed the insulation standards required for efficient CoolBot operation.
