Ready-to-ship items are in stock and leave the warehouse once the order is processed. Freight items are scheduled with you before they ship.

Are outlet items new?

Yes. Everything in the outlet is new equipment and new supplies, with the same specifications and warranty information as the rest of the store.

Can I combine outlet items with other equipment in one order?

Yes. Outlet items go in the same cart as any other product, and shipping for each item is calculated at checkout.

Do you accept purchase orders?
