Price Match Guarantee

Effective November 2, 2026. American Mortuary Coolers & Equipment (AMC), including our Funeral Source One and AME product lines, will match a lower advertised price on an identical new item. These are the full terms of our Price Match Guarantee.

What qualifies

• The item is identical: same manufacturer, model number, size, capacity, configuration, options and finish.
• The item is new, in stock and ready to ship from a U.S. retailer or authorized dealer.
• The price is current and publicly advertised (a live web page) or shown on a written quote issued to you within the last 7 days.
• The quantity is the same or smaller than the quantity the competitor has available.

How we compare prices

We compare the total delivered price: item price plus shipping or freight, liftgate or delivery fees, handling and any other required charges, delivered to the same address. Sales tax is not included in the comparison. If the competitor's delivered total is lower than ours, we will match it.

How to request a match

1. Before you place your order, call 1-888-792-9315, email cool@mymortuarycooler.com or contact us.
2. Send a link to the competitor's listing or a copy of the written quote, plus your delivery ZIP code.
3. We verify the price, the item and availability, usually within one business day. Once approved, we send you an updated quote or checkout link at the matched price.

Price matches are handled before purchase. We cannot adjust an order after it has been placed.

What does not qualify

• Auction, bid or classified listings, and third-party marketplace sellers.
• Used, refurbished, open-box, demo, damaged or reconditioned items.
• Clearance, closeout, liquidation, limited-quantity or limited-time flash offers.
• Coupon codes, rebates, gift cards, loyalty or member-only pricing, bundle pricing and free-item offers.
• Government, GSA, cooperative, group-purchasing or contract pricing.
• Custom, built-to-order or quote-only items, including USPE laboratory and pathology equipment, and items with no identical match elsewhere.
• Installation, labor, service, extended warranties and freight-only charges.
• Prices from typographical or pricing errors, or from sellers that cannot currently fulfill the order.

Other terms

• A price match cannot be combined with other discounts or promotions on the same item.
• Matches apply to individual orders and may be limited to reasonable quantities.
• We reserve the right to verify every request and to decline a request we cannot verify.
• Our own sale prices already reflect the item's current price and are matched on the same terms.
• We may update this policy. The version in effect on the date of your request applies.
