Numbered cremation ID tags for crematories and funeral homes
Cremation ID 360 brings custom cremation identification tags, facility text and consecutive numbering into one online disc designer. Configure round 304 stainless steel discs for your facility's case-numbering process, with a one-sided imprint and a blank reverse. Select your quantity first to see the complete run price and price per tag before approving your design.
Use your crematory name, funeral home name, location, phone number or facility identifier within the five optional text lines. Leave any line empty when it is not needed. Example lettering is a preview guide only; blank fields stay blank on the imprint. Your facility remains responsible for assigning case numbers, following its identification procedures and checking that a new order does not duplicate an existing number range.

Custom facility text, year and consecutive serial numbers
Enter a starting number of up to six digits and review the full consecutive number range in real time. Leading zeros are retained to the width you enter, and the final number cannot exceed 999999. Add an optional year from 2026 through 2030 or select None. The five text-line limits are 15, 16, 16, 15 and 14 characters, in order.
Review every line, the disc size, quantity and number range before signing. First and last name, an automatically filled approval date, a drawn signature and the design approval checkbox are required before adding to cart or Instant Quote. The live image is an approximate digital proof, not a photograph or final production approval.
Choose your cremation tag quantity and start designing. Your configured run and signed approval travel together into the cart or Instant Quote.
Reorder your cremation identification discs
Keep your custom crematory tag layout ready for the next numbered run. Your size, facility text and numbering are saved in this browser when storage is available. Save a design file to restore the setup on another device, or choose the optional email settings to receive your saved design.
For recurring cremation supply orders, opt in to a 90-day reorder reminder and confirm your email when requested. Reminders do not place an order or charge you. Check your facility records and choose the next unused starting number each time; saved designs do not automatically advance or reserve a sequence.
Buy directly from American Mortuary Coolers, or add your configuration to Instant Quote for purchasing review. Corporate buying accounts and purchase orders and RFQs are available through AMC's existing purchasing paths.
Cremation ID disc questions
What is a cremation identification disc?
The Cremation ID 360 product is a round stainless steel identification tag configured with your chosen consecutive number range and optional facility text. These custom numbered cremation discs support your facility's identification records; they do not replace your written case-tracking and verification procedures.
What cremation tag sizes and materials can I order?
Choose a 1-inch Model 85 disc or a 1-5/8-inch Model 92 disc. Both use 0.030-inch 304 stainless steel with a 2B finish and a 1/8-inch hole. The digital proof illustrates the selected size; it is not displayed at physical scale.
What is the minimum order for custom crematory tags?
The minimum is 200 tags per numbered run. Select quantities in increments of 100, up to 25,000 tags. One cart unit is one complete configured run; increasing the cart-unit quantity duplicates that run and its numbers rather than creating a new consecutive range.
How do sequential cremation disc numbers work?
Enter up to six digits. The final number is the starting number plus the tag quantity minus one, and must not exceed 999999. Leading zeros are preserved to your entered width; numbers expand naturally when the sequence crosses that width. Check the displayed range against your facility records before every order.
Do I need to fill all five imprint lines?
No. Every text line is optional. Use the lines you need for your facility details and leave the others empty. Placeholder text and Optional badges never become imprint text. Do not enter decedent names, dates of birth or other personal case information in this builder.
Are these cremation tags imprinted on both sides?
No. The configured text, optional year and consecutive number are imprinted on one side only. The reverse is blank, and double-sided imprinting is not included.
Must I sign the cremation disc design?
Yes. Enter your first and last name, draw your signature with a finger, mouse or stylus, and check the one-sided design approval box. A typed name alone is not a signature. Changing the design or name clears the signature and requires you to sign again.
Can I save my layout and get reorder reminders?
Yes. Browser saving is available when storage permits, and you can save and restore a design file. Optional confirmed email signups can provide saved-design follow-up and a reminder every 90 days. Neither service automatically places an order, charges you or reserves your next number range.
Are blank decedent ID tags the same as cremation discs?
No. Blank write-on decedent identification tags are for separate external identification workflows and are not represented as cremation-chamber discs. Request blank decedent ID tags and match your facility's written identification procedure.
Compare cots and stretchers by the handling task
Choose the selected model around the transfer route, working configuration and documented operating limits. A folding stretcher, a multi-level cot and a powered model should not be treated as interchangeable equipment.
- Size: compare working and folded dimensions and the relevant access route.
- Rating: use the stated capacity for the selected configuration.
- Operation: check height adjustment, handles, brakes and included components.
- Accessories: confirm restraint, mattress, pouch and vehicle-interface requirements separately.
