The TITAN Extreme Cot Pouch is a commercial-grade first call pouch and mortuary cot pouch built from 18 oz plush vinyl with reinforced double-stitched seams, made for daily first-call use by funeral homes, removal services, coroners and medical examiners. The Standard pouch is 500 lb rated and sized for the TITAN 500E, 500T and PRO S 650 cots and most standard-width removal cots; the 1,000 lb XL pouch covers the TITAN 1200XL, PRO XL and comparable oversized models.

Why one pouch fits multiple cots
Mortuary cots from every major manufacturer fall into two width classes: standard models at about 20–23 inches and oversized or bariatric models at about 24–25 inches. The TITAN Extreme Standard and XL pouches are cut to those two classes, not to a single brand, so a removal service running a mixed fleet can standardize on one pouch and one reorder.

First call pouch or slip-over cot cover?
A first call pouch has a full bottom and zips closed around the cot, so it encloses the deceased on all four sides. A slip-over first call cover, such as the Ferno® Model 320 or 321, has no bottom and covers only three sides. The TITAN Extreme is a full pouch; for slip-over styling, see the TITAN Pro cot covers.

The waterproof rating applies to the liner; the pouch is not a sealed or leakproof enclosure. Cot and any pictured equipment are sold separately.

Do I need the Standard or the XL pouch?
Measure the cot platform width. Choose Standard for cots 20 to 23 inches wide and XL for cots 24 to 25 inches wide. Both pouches are 77.5 inches long.
What is the difference between a first call pouch and a cot cover?
A first call pouch has a full bottom and zips closed, enclosing all four sides. A slip-over cot cover has no bottom and covers three sides. The TITAN Extreme is a full first call pouch.
Is the pouch waterproof?
The MortuaryTuff inner liner is waterproof. The pouch is not a sealed or leakproof enclosure.
How do I clean the pouch?
The 18 oz plush vinyl is bleach-safe and wipes clean, so the pouch is reused for daily commercial work rather than discarded after one use.
Can I add our firm name?
Yes. Choose Script or Block lettering in White, Silver or Gold thread under Embroidery and enter the wording exactly as it should appear. Choose No for an unembroidered pouch.
