Errors and omissions
We work to keep pricing, specifications, photography, and availability accurate, but errors and omissions occur. If a product is listed with an incorrect price, specification, or image — on this site, in an advertisement, in a marketplace listing, or in a quote — we reserve the right to correct the error, and to cancel and refund any order placed at an erroneous price before shipment. Advertisements are invitations to do business, not binding offers. We are not liable for typographical or photographic errors.
Right to refuse service
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel service, quotes, or orders to anyone, at our discretion, to the extent permitted by law — including suspected fraud, abusive conduct toward staff, export-control concerns, resale-channel violations, or inability to deliver safely to the destination. Refused or cancelled prepaid orders are refunded in full.
Quotes and availability
Quotes are valid for the period stated on the quote (or 30 days if unstated). Lead times are estimates and may change with material availability and production scheduling.
