The 8×10 runs its refrigeration on a 208–230V, single-phase dedicated circuit, with a required second low-voltage line for the internal evaporator-fan circuit, and a 115V lighting circuit if the LED package is added. A stamped electrical schedule ships with every quote so your electrician can size circuits and disconnects before delivery.

05 Door configuration & handing

Choose from four precise placements — corner or off-center, on the 8′ wall or the 10′ wall. Your Door Location selection in the Build-It-Out configurator above is transmitted with your order and the unit is built to it at no charge. Then set your door size (36″ standard, or 48″ wide +$795.55), match hinge side (right or left) to the swing that clears your prep-room flow, add a lockable door handle (+$125), and finish with lower-door diamond plate ADT priced automatically to your door width ($425 for 36″ · $605 for 48″) — all in the configurator above.

06 Construction & panels

Quick Ship prefabricated modular construction for easy field assembly. Polyurethane foamed-in-place insulation for superior water resistance and the highest possible R-value. Floorless design with durable vinyl screeds standard; optional insulated floor available above. The interior clears the exterior by 8″ in width and depth. Cam-lock panels assemble with two people and no specialty tools.

07 Refrigeration options

The 8×10 ships with a matched two-piece refrigeration system standard. High-ambient upgrades (Level 1 — 80°F ambient through Level 4 — 110°F ambient) are priced live in the Build-It-Out configurator above and added to your cart with the unit. Remote-split builds available. Compressor selection is workflow-dependent:

08 Installation & lead time

Ships as a flat-pack panel kit on palletized LTL freight from Tennessee — buyer provides forklift or fork-equipped unloading. Standard lead time runs 5–15 business days for in-stock configurations (4–6 weeks for custom builds). Installation is not included unless exclusively stated in writing on your quote.
