What does the finish upgrade cover?
Eligible structural and frame surfaces on the selected equipment, unless the written order specifies otherwise. Rollers, tracks, trays, seals, hydraulic/electrical parts and functional contact surfaces remain standard unless explicitly approved. We confirm substrate, coating compatibility and the finish location before production.
How does the additional lead time work?
Custom finishing adds four weeks to the standard equipment lead time, beginning after written color, finish-location and order approval. Shipping time is separate. Your written order confirmation governs the final schedule; a web estimate is not a guaranteed delivery date.
Will a screen color be an exact match?
No. Screens, printers, lighting, substrate and sheen affect appearance. Confirm a physical sample or written coating specification before release. Copper and Gold are color tones, not metal plating. Product features and finishes may change as we improve equipment.
Can I change the color after ordering?
Request changes in writing before production. We must reconfirm feasibility and scheduling; existing order, cancellation and return terms remain in effect. A submitted form alone is not a custom-finish approval.
