TITAN mortuary cots from American Mortuary Equipment carry a written limited warranty that starts on the date of purchase by the original end user, or on the delivery date when proof of delivery is provided.

Coverage requires use, inspection and care as described in the operating instructions. Misuse, abuse, accident, alteration or unauthorized repair is not covered.
Coverage applies to defects in materials and workmanship under normal use, starting on the date of delivery to the original end user unless a different start is stated above. It is not transferable, and freight to and from our facility is not covered. Claims are made in writing with the order number, photos and a short description; claim handling follows the Warranty Policy (WR-1.0).
