Genuine Reviews Only

Every customer testimonial and review displayed by American Mortuary Coolers and its brands reflects the genuine experience of a real customer. Consistent with the FTC’s Rule on Consumer Reviews and Testimonials (16 CFR Part 465), we do not: create, purchase, or publish fake or AI-generated reviews; publish reviews from persons who did not have actual experience with our products; misrepresent a reviewer’s identity or experience; suppress or selectively delete lawful negative reviews to distort overall impressions; or offer compensation or incentives conditioned on the sentiment of a review.

Attribution & Editing

Testimonials may be edited for length, spelling, or privacy (for example, shortening a name to first name and last initial, or omitting a facility name at the customer’s request) without changing their substance. Where a testimonial reflects an atypical result, it represents that customer’s experience — individual results vary with facility conditions, installation, and use. Employees, family members, or business partners who post about AMC must clearly disclose their relationship.

If you believe any review or testimonial on our sites is inauthentic or misattributed, report it to cool@mymortuarycooler.com and we will investigate and correct or remove it as warranted. Third-party review platforms (Google, BBB) operate under their own policies.
