ACCEPTANCE

This policy is part of and incorporated into the Terms of Purchase (TC-1.5). It applies to all visitors and customers in all fifty (50) U.S. states, the District of Columbia, and U.S. territories. By using this website or placing an order, you (“Customer”) agree to this policy.

§1 — PRICING & TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS

Prices, specifications, descriptions, dimensions, availability, and images on this website and in any catalog, quote, email, or advertisement may contain typographical, clerical, pricing, or photographic errors. AMC does not warrant that such content is accurate, complete, or current, and is not bound by any error. AMC reserves the right, at any time and without prior notice, to correct any error; to change prices, specifications, and availability; and to refuse, limit, cancel, or unwind any order placed at an incorrect or mispriced amount — even after an order confirmation has been sent or payment has been taken. If an order is cancelled for a pricing or listing error, Customer’s sole remedy is a refund of the amount paid for the cancelled item, and AMC has no further liability. A mispriced or erroneous listing is not an offer AMC is obligated to honor.

§2 Promotions, Discounts, Coupons & Expired Offers

Promotions, discounts, coupon codes, sale prices, bundles, and rebates are limited-time offers subject to their own terms and to availability. Unless expressly stated in writing: an offer may not be combined with any other offer; is limited to one per order; has no cash value; cannot be applied retroactively to prior or pending orders; and applies only while the offer is active. Expired, discontinued, or withdrawn offers will not be honored. AMC may modify, suspend, or end any promotion at any time without notice, and may correct any offer published in error. Offers are void where prohibited and are subject to the pricing-error terms in §1.

§3 Advertising & Misprint Disclaimer

AMC is not responsible for and is not bound by errors, misprints, or inaccuracies in any advertisement, listing, marketplace, search result, third-party website, or printed material, whether produced by AMC or a third party. In the event of any conflict, the price and terms confirmed by AMC in writing at the time an order is accepted and paid — subject to §1 — govern. Nothing in any advertisement constitutes a binding offer.

§4 — RIGHT TO REFUSE OR CANCEL SERVICE

American Mortuary Coolers reserves the right, in its sole discretion and without any obligation to provide a reason or explanation, to refuse service to, decline, limit, suspend, or cancel any order from, or discontinue any account of, any person or entity — at any time, before or after an order is placed. This includes, without limitation, suspected fraud, payment or chargeback risk, reseller or drop-ship activity, abusive conduct, inability to deliver or verify an order, or any other lawful business reason. Where an order is cancelled under this section, Customer’s sole remedy is a refund of amounts paid for the cancelled order. AMC does not refuse service on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability, age, or any other characteristic protected by applicable law; this policy is applied only for lawful business reasons and does not waive any right a Customer holds under non-waivable law.

§5 Nationwide Application (All 50 States)

This policy applies uniformly to customers and orders in all fifty U.S. states, the District of Columbia, and U.S. territories. Where a specific state’s law imposes a non-waivable requirement, this policy applies to the fullest extent permitted by that law, and the remainder stays in effect (Terms §9 severability).

§6 Not a Basis for Chargeback

A pricing correction, an expired or unhonored promotion, an advertising error, or a refused or cancelled order is resolved under this policy — it is not a valid basis for a chargeback, dispute, or payment reversal (Terms §5). Contact AMC at 1-888-792-9315 first; refunds for corrected or cancelled orders are issued to the original payment method.

§7 Governing Law & Venue

Governed by the laws of Tennessee; venue Washington County, Tennessee — including its General Sessions Court — regardless of Customer’s location (Terms §6).
