§1 Quote Validity Window

Written quotes are valid for fifteen (15) days from issue unless the quote states otherwise. After expiration, pricing, freight, lead times, and availability must be re-confirmed — material, refrigerant, and carrier costs move, and expired quotes are not binding. A quote becomes an order only upon AMC’s written order confirmation and required payment.

§2 Website Prices, Screenshots & Cached Content

Current posted prices and terms on mymortuarycooler.com control at the moment of order acceptance. Screenshots, printouts, cached pages, archived versions, third-party listings, and price-comparison sites do not establish binding prices or terms. Obvious typographical or system pricing errors are handled under the Pricing, Promotions, Errors & Right to Refuse Policy — AMC may correct the error or cancel and refund the affected order.

§3 AI Search & Third-Party Summaries

AI assistants, search-engine answer boxes, chatbots, and third-party sites may summarize our products, prices, or policies inaccurately or out of date. Only the current posted pages of mymortuarycooler.com and written quotes issued by AMC state our actual prices, specifications, and terms. Verify anything an AI told you by calling 1-888-792-9315 before relying on it.

§4 Product Images & Specifications

We photograph real equipment — no AI-generated product imagery. Even so, images are illustrative: finishes, hinge sides, rack configurations, and accessories may differ by build, and displays render color differently. Written specifications and your order confirmation control over images. Product designs, components, and specifications may be improved or changed without notice; equipment delivered will meet or exceed the confirmed specification (see Terms of Purchase).

§5 Who May Bind AMC

No verbal statement modifies posted terms. Only a written quote, order confirmation, or agreement issued by American Mortuary Coolers — from an @mymortuarycooler.com address or on company letterhead — can vary the posted policies, and only for the transaction it covers. Statements by carriers, installers, finance providers, or any third party do not bind AMC.

§6 Payment Security & Authorized Communications — Fraud Protection

AMC communicates only from @mymortuarycooler.com email addresses and 1-888-792-9315. We will never email you revised wiring instructions, ask for payment to a personal account, request gift cards or cryptocurrency, or pressure same-day payment changes. Wire/ACH details appear on your official invoice; verify any banking change by calling 1-888-792-9315 before sending funds. AMC is not responsible for payments sent to fraudulent accounts based on spoofed communications. Report suspicious messages to cool@mymortuarycooler.com.
