Low Profile Powered Mortuary Lift, Model 1030-LPL

The TITAN Model 1030-LPL is a battery-powered scissor lift for moving decedents, body trays and caskets between cooler racks, vault bays, embalming tables, cots and retort doors. Its deck lowers to 13″ and raises to 69″, so one operator can reach the bottom tier of most storage racks and vault bays. The 67″ × 27″ ball-transfer top lets a tray slide on or off from either end or either side.

Key features

  • 1,000 lb rated capacity, evenly distributed
  • 13″ lowest deck height for bottom-tier rack and vault loading; 69″ maximum
  • Electric-hydraulic lift with dual cylinders and a hand pendant (up / down)
  • 12V deep-cycle battery with an onboard charger for a standard 110–120V outlet
  • Removable side rails with lock pins; deck brakes at both ends
  • Optional integrated LCD scale, lb / kg

Rolling-surface height, measured

The 67″ × 27″ top rides on ball transfers that stand about 7/16″ above the deck, so the rolling surface is about 13 7/16″ at the lowest setting (about 7/16″ higher than each listed deck height). Match it to the ball tops of the rack tier, not the rail. On the AMC 4-tier multi-directional rack, tier ball tops are at 9 7/16″, 27 7/16″, 45 7/16″ and 63 7/16″; see the AMC-TD-4TR technical drawing (PDF).

Custom Color Splash by AMC

MyMortuary Custom Finishes brings your facility’s look to eligible crematory and mortuary equipment. Choose from 25 color references with a $549 custom-finish upgrade. The first finish choice is “No, I’ll stick with standard options,” which keeps the existing standard configuration and price. Explore colors, eligible products and the finish-request form.

Custom color adds four weeks to this item’s normal lead time, after written color, finish-location and order approval. A digital swatch is a reference, not a guaranteed production match. Approve a physical sample or written finish specification before release; final availability and coating suitability are confirmed for the exact model. Copper and Gold describe color tones, not copper or gold plating.

The upgrade covers eligible frame or structural metal surfaces only unless otherwise confirmed in writing. Rollers, tracks, trays, seals, hydraulic and electrical parts, and functional contact surfaces remain standard unless specifically approved. Standard features and powder-coated or metal colors may change as products improve; send any color preference in writing before ordering. Existing order, change and cancellation terms continue to apply. Program available September 1, 2026.
