Kason Industries 11245000040 1245 Reversible Cam-Rise Door Hinge, Polished Chrome, 1-1/8 in. Offset

Genuine Kason 1245 reversible cam-rise door hinge, part number 11245000040, with a polished chrome finish and 1-1/8 in. offset, measuring 10-1/16 x 5-1/2 in.

The Kason 11245000040 hinge is high-pressure die-cast zinc with a self-lubricating nylon cam, so the door opens and closes with little effort. The cam-rise action reduces gasket wear even on uneven floors, it can hold the door open past 130 degrees, and the door lifts off without removing the hinge.

It is field reversible for left or right doors: lift the strap from the flange, remove the pin assembly, turn the cap 180 degrees, reinsert the pin and replace the strap and cap. It is drilled and countersunk for 1/4 in. flathead screws (sold separately) and ships at about 4.06 lb. The Kason general warranty and walk-in accessories catalog are provided.
