Genuine Kason part, MPN 11245000048. The Kason 11245000048 is a 1245-series reversible cam-rise hinge with a 1-3/8 in. offset for refrigeration doors such as walk-in coolers and freezers.

The Kason 11245000048 is a 1245-series reversible cam-rise door hinge, 10-1/16 in. by 5-1/2 in., set up for a 1-3/8 in. offset door.

The hinge body is high pressure die-cast zinc with a polished chrome finish and a self-lubricating nylon cam. The cam-rise action makes the door easy to open and close and reduces gasket wear, even on uneven floors, and the hinge can hold the door open past 130 degrees. Doors lift off without taking the hinge apart.

It is field reversible for right- or left-hand doors: lift the strap off the flange, pull the pin assembly, pop out the cap and rotate it 180 degrees, reinsert the pin in the strap, set the strap back in the flange and replace the cap. The hinge is drilled and countersunk for 1/4 in. flathead screws, which are sold separately.
