Kitchen Brains 18GASMERIDIAN2 FASTRON MERIDIAN Plus 18-Product Programmable Digital Timer, 120V

Genuine Kitchen Brains 18GASMERIDIAN2 (FASTRON.) MERIDIAN Plus, an 18-product programmable cook and hold timer for networked, high-volume commercial kitchens.

Eighteen product keys can each be programmed independently for cook time, hold time and action alarm time, across a 1-second to 99-hour range with up to 3 action alarms per key. Two 14-segment, 8-character displays show custom item names, alarm volume is adjustable, and a replaceable menu strip simplifies menu changes. Managers and employees use separate passwords. (FAST.Nav) mobile-phone-style navigation with predictive text shortens programming and training.

FastFlex technology automatically adjusts cook time for variables that affect the cycle. Probes never require calibration, a backup timer mode keeps the unit usable if a probe fails, and an automatic appliance test confirms proper heating. Hold timers can be linked one-to-one or many-to-one with product keys, and a diagnostic mode tests all inputs and outputs.

For connected kitchens, it is compatible with SCK Xwire wireless communications and works with (FAST.Edit), (FAST.Transfer) and SCK Link software for HACCP reporting and online kitchen management. The aluminum, silver-finish unit is surface mounted, runs on 120V with a 6 ft. cord, and measures 17 5/16 in. L x 7 7/8 in. W x 7 7/8 in. H. Probes and probe mounts are sold separately. Made in the USA and RoHS compliant.
