Kitchen Brains SCRUB_BUDDY FAST Scrub Buddy 8-Person Handwashing Reminder Battery Timer

Genuine Kitchen Brains (FAST.) Scrub Buddy (MPN SCRUB_BUDDY), a battery-powered digital timer that prompts up to 8 employees to wash their hands and times each 20-second wash.

Each of up to 8 employees gets an individual key pressed at the start of a shift. A 30-minute timer then runs, and when it ends the unit gives audible and visual alerts that it is time to wash hands. In manual mode the employee presses the key to start the 20-second handwash countdown; in hands-free mode the countdown starts automatically. Once the wash timer finishes, the 30-minute cycle restarts.

The factory setting is a reminder every 30 minutes with a 20-second wash, and the interval can be reprogrammed anywhere from 0:00 to 23:59. It suits kitchens, bars and handwashing stations.

The blue plastic timer sticks to most magnetic surfaces, or can be fixed permanently with an optional bracket sold separately. It runs on four 1.5V AA batteries, which are included, and batteries provide more than 10 months of use. Overall size is 7 5/8 in. W x 1 3/16 in. D x 5 in. H. Made in the USA, NSF certified and certified by UL Solutions.
