Every price, freight adjustment, and special charge is put in writing and approved by you before work or shipment. Only written quotes and invoices issued by AMC are binding — the standard defined in our Quote Validity & Communications Integrity Policy.

5. No Surprise Charges

Card surcharges, freight adjustments, storage, and special services are disclosed in our posted policies and on your quote before you pay — never invented after the fact. Payment Policy PY-1.1.
