Installation and operation
The purchaser and operating facility are responsible for: site preparation, structural support, electrical service, and drainage meeting the published specifications; installation by qualified trades in accordance with applicable building, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical codes; operation within rated capacities, temperature ranges, and duty cycles; and routine maintenance as described in the product documentation. Refrigeration service must be performed by EPA Section 608 certified technicians; see our Warranty Disclaimer & Refrigerant Safety Notice.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AME's total liability arising out of or related to any product is limited to the purchase price of that product. In no event shall AME be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of use, loss of revenue, spoilage, facility downtime, or claims by third parties — even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, in which case these limitations apply to the fullest extent permitted.
