Plain Language — What You Are Agreeing To

The product delivered may look different from the pictures. Colors, finishes, materials, panel textures, hardware, component brands, control layouts, and cosmetic details can and do vary from website photos, brochures, drawings, videos, AI-generated summaries, and marketing images.

Why: we constantly improve our products. Panel suppliers, laminate runs, refrigeration components, hardware, and finishes are upgraded or substituted on an ongoing basis to improve performance, availability, and lead time. Photos are representative, not a build sheet.

Coolers may arrive gray, black, white, tan, galvanized, stainless, or another commercial finish. Finish can also vary between exterior and interior surfaces, and between panels, doors, and trim on the same unit. No color is guaranteed. Period. If a specific color or finish is essential to your project, it must be stated on your written quote or order confirmation and expressly confirmed in writing by American Mortuary Coolers before payment — otherwise the factory ships the current standard finish.

What This Means for Your Order

1. Function controls, not photos. Your unit is built to meet its stated capacity, temperature performance, and dimensional specifications — those govern; cosmetics do not. 2. Color/finish variance is not a defect. A difference in color, material, texture, component brand, or cosmetic appearance from any photo is not a nonconformity, is not freight damage, and is not grounds for refusal at delivery, return, cancellation, credit, or chargeback (see Terms of Purchase, Return & Chargeback Policy and Refused Delivery Policy). 3. Screenshots don't bind us. Website images and third-party or AI-generated descriptions are non-binding, per our Quote Validity & Website Accuracy Policy (QV-1.0). 4. Confirmed specs are honored. Anything expressly written on your AMC quote or order confirmation — including a confirmed custom color — is exactly what we build to.
