1. Verify Before You Wire — Every Time

Before sending any ACH or wire transfer, verify the payment instructions by phone at 1-888-792-9315 — using the number from this website, never a number supplied inside an email or invoice attachment. Business email compromise is the most common commercial fraud in equipment purchasing; a sixty-second call defeats it. Funds sent to accounts that were not verified by phone with AMC are the sender's sole responsibility.

2. Card Payments & Verification

Card transactions are processed through Shopify's PCI-compliant checkout — see Secure Checkout — and AMC never requests full card numbers by email or text. Card surcharges and payment methods are disclosed in Payment, Card Surcharge & Financing. AMC may require additional identity or business verification on any order and may hold or cancel orders that fail verification, per Pricing, Errors & Right to Refuse (PR-1.0). Chargeback terms are governed by TP-1.0.

3. Our Legitimate Channels

AMC communicates payment matters only from @mymortuarycooler.com addresses (cool@ and po@) and by phone at 1-888-792-9315 from Johnson City, Tennessee. We do not request payment via gift cards, cryptocurrency, peer-to-peer payment apps, or third-party “escrow” services, and we do not use pressure tactics demanding same-hour payment. Report suspicious messages referencing AMC to cool@mymortuarycooler.com — we investigate every report.
